Nestlé UK&I in York is seeking a Payroll & Reward SME on a full-time, 12‑month fixed-term basis. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the York office and delivers accurate UK payroll and benefits processing across the UK & Ireland.
You will provide expert guidance to employees, managers and HR, drive continuous improvement and collaborate with Tax, Legal and external partners to ensure compliance and an excellent colleague experience.
