Circa 75,000 depending on experience

Your Impact As the Head of HR (HR Lead), you will shape and deliver the people agenda for NPTC Confectionery & Snacking in a global remit, ensuring the organisation has the talent, capability and culture needed to achieve its strategic ambitions. Working as a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will lead change, strengthen organisational effectiveness and create an environment where people and teams can thrive.
