IT Systems Trainer

This is a hybrid 12‑month Fixed Term Salaried role split 50/50 between home and a Yorkshire office, with a strong possibility of permanent work thereafter.

• Design and expand a training and development programme based on the needs of the organisation
• Identify Training Needs Analysis
• Author, develop and create effective and bespoke training programmes for users
• Produce training materials for in‑house courses
• Create and deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
• Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and overall training analysis and lessons learned reporting
