Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer

I'm partnering with a well-established organisation looking for a Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer to join their growing cyber security function.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in identifying and reducing cyber risk across a large and varied technology environment. You'll work closely with technical teams to drive security improvements, assess emerging threats and to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively prioritised and addressed.

The position offers a mix of vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security operations, and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on operational and warehouse-based technology environments.

• Lead vulnerability identification, assessment and remediation activities
• Review emerging threats and provide actionable security recommendations
• Support security tooling, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a senior point of contact during critical security events
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

• Vulnerability Management, Security Operations or Threat Management
• Understanding of modern cyber threats and attack techniques
• Security frameworks such as CVSS, OWASP or MITRE ATT&CK
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking and infrastructure environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience or an interest in OT environments

Salary:
Up to £59,000

Location:

Hybrid – 3 days onsite in West Yorkshire
