We're working with a growing technology business that has invested heavily in data over the past few years. They've built a modern data platform, expanded their analytics capability and created a genuine appetite for data-driven decision making across the business. Now they're looking for a Commercial Analytics Manager to help take things to the next level.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams, helping them make better decisions through insight, analysis and recommendations. You'll be as comfortable challenging stakeholders as you are analysing data.

The Opportunity

Data already has a seat at the table here. The foundations are in place. The investment has been made. The leadership team values insight and wants to use data to drive performance.

The challenge now is making sure data is being used in the right way across the business and that's where you'll come in. You'll help stakeholders understand business performance, identify opportunities, solve problems and make informed decisions that have a real commercial impact.

This isn't a reporting role. It's a role for someone who wants to influence outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams
• Turning complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
• Supporting strategic projects with insight and commercial analytics
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and profitability
• Helping stakeholders understand what's driving business results
• Influencing decision making through strong communication and storytelling
• Prioritising analytics projects based on commercial value and business impact
• Acting as the link between stakeholders and the wider data team
• Helping build a more data-driven culture across the business

What We're Looking For

You'll have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• The confidence to challenge thinking and influence decisions
• A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about business performance
• Experience using data to drive action, not just reporting results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with Finance, Operations or Commercial teams

Experience with in SaaS, subscription, customer, operational, contact centre or other commercially focused environments would be a real advantage.

Technical experience with SQL, Power BI, Looker or similar tools would be beneficial, but your ability to create value from insight is far more important.
