As our new Lead Digital Trading Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our performance goals. You’ll bring commercial acumen along with a strong understanding of Digital data and a track record of providing , interpreting the results and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for delivering analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the  and Jet2holidays brands.

• You’ll lead key deliverables from the Trading Insight Pod, engaging with stakeholders to understand trading priorities and drive cross team collaboration to deliver actionable insights.
• You’ll work with the relevant data teams (Customer data, Revenue & Data Science amongst others) to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• You’ll guide and develop the use of different datasets, identifying opportunities to further the business’ understanding of user behaviour, as well as evaluation of past performance and competitor analysis.
• You’ll lead a team of Digital Analysts in delivering projects, supporting & developing individuals in the process.

• You’ll be able to deliver detailed analysis to senior stakeholders.
• You’ll be an experienced user of Digital data, able to interpret & visualise data to tell a story.
• You’ll have experience driving collaboration, motivating others to deliver to a high standard
• You’ll have experience mentoring junior colleagues.
