Role Overview
The IT Technician will play a key role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems, hardware, and software operate efficiently across production, warehouse, and office environments. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career within IT while gaining exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key duties (Training to be provided)
* Provide first-line technical support to users across the business.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
* Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based services.
* Monitor IT systems and report potential issues to senior IT staff.
* Assist with software deployments, updates, and patch management.
* Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and system procedures.
* Support cyber security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
* Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
* Provide support for manufacturing and operational technology systems where required.
