We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams
Bridge R&D and Field Teams:- Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams
- Translate technical requirements and feedback between teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions
- Ensure all components are functioning effectively and integrated smoothly
- Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues
- Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding
- Provide expert guidance and support to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud security
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve product features and performance
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of cloud security solutions, and the interpersonal skills to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships
Certifications in cloud security or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes
