Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus
Location: York Or Hull
Working pattern: Hybrid - following probation
- Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of classes and industries
- Handling renewals, following up on new business enquiries and converting them into clients
- Delivering a high standard of service at every touchpoint - this is a service-first business
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the right cover for clients
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining FCA compliance throughout
- Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious team with strong values
- Solid experience in commercial account handling
- Broad knowledge across commercial lines
- A genuine commitment to client service - not just processing, but truly looking after people
- Well organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload effectively
- A strong communicator with clients and colleagues alike
- CII qualifications beneficial - study support available
