They're looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team in one of the most sought-after locations in York’s city center. The firm is a niche Property and Life Planning practice that has seen considerable growth over the last few years. Working with the firm offers a great work/life balance in a friendly, fully supported, team-orientated environment.

The firm has good quality clients who require a diversity of legal services across a variety of sectors including:

• Commercial and Residential Development
• Business Sales and Purchases
