Solicitor- Commercial Property - PQE

My client, awell-established regional law firm with a strong presence in the Hull and York markets is seeking an experienced Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) to join its dedicated Real Estate and Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected practice with a broad and loyal client base across the region and beyond.

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, property finance transactions, portfolio management, and conditional contracts and option agreements.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues across the wider firm, contributing to complex and high-value transactions while also taking an active role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role can be based in either the Hull or York office.

Applicants should be qualified Solicitors with 2–5 years PQE and solid experience in Commercial Property or Real Estate matters.

You will demonstrate strong technical ability, attention to detail, and excellent client care skills. A proactive, commercially aware approach and the confidence to manage your own caseload are essential.

Applications will also be considered from Solicitors currently practising in other areas of law who can demonstrate relevant knowledge of, and a genuine interest in, Commercial Property work.
