Job details

Hours of work: 30 hrs a week between 06:30‑09:00 and 15:15‑18:45 Monday to Friday. These hours will be worked during the school term time plus two additional weeks during the school holidays.

Salary: £13.28 per hour

The aim of the role is to provide a good quality cleaning service that is responsive to the needs of the school, resulting in a clean and healthy environment for pupils and staff.

• Emptying waste bins
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
• Wiping down and dusting furniture
• Maintaining office/reception areas

• Ability to work well within a team
• Good communication skills with the school community
• Excellent time‑keeping and reliability
• Experience would be beneficial but not essential; full training and support will be provided
