Lead Technician

Lead Technician – Wakefield

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 hours a day. Must be flexible to meet depot needs, with shift times varying. Salary: £45,259.50 per annum.

• Lead a multi-skilled team of technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Supervise external contractors on site.
• Coordinate security auditing.
• Manage resource planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key stakeholders.
• Maintain automation and facility systems.

• Minimum recognised Level 3 engineering, electrical, or mechanical qualification.
• Proven experience managing a maintenance department.
• Experience working with automated conveyor systems.
• Experience fault finding within electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Desirable: IOSH or NEBOSH.
