We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning
• Ensure cleaning staff work to task schedules and follow correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as required
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary
• Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
• Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative
