ASAPAs a Janitor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that multi-storey blocks and surrounding areas are clean, secure, and welcoming for residents. This is a varied role combining both office-based duties and hands-on estate management. The Janitor will be:
Carrying out regular patrols to ensure buildings and estates are safe and well maintained. Monitoring CCTV, door entry, and IT systems to support security and resident access. Acting as a first point of contact for tenant queries and resolving or escalating issues. Managing administrative tasks such as issuing fobs and maintaining records. Cleaning and maintaining communal areas including lifts, foyers, and litter chutes.
Conducting litter picks and ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy and presentable. Supporting emergency cover where required at short notice. Apply now!
