We're looking for a Cleaning Operative who will support Mitie Care & Custody (C&C) in its bold vision to establish HMP Millsike as a place of restoration and rehabilitation, where prisoners can unlock their full potential and make meaningful, positive changes in their lives.

• -Maintaining cleanliness in the establishment by carrying out cleaning tasks to a high standard.
• -Stocking and maintaining supply rooms to ensure all areas remain fully equipped.
• -Following health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines, at all times.
• -Conducting disinfection and deep cleaning when required.
• -Reporting any incidents, defects, or dangers to the supervisor promptly.
• -Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative when completing tasks.
• -Strong customer service skills applied to every job attended.
• -Flexibility within contracted hours and a 'can do' attitude.
• -High moral standards and absolute integrity.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
