PRS in York is seeking a multi skilled Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer to maintain a large estate. The role covers mechanical plant room work, pumps, valves, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance tasks, with a permanent contract and a basic salary up to £43,000.
The job operates on a shift pattern: 6am–6pm. Week one Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun;
Week two Wed, Thu. A PVG check may be requested, and a valid driving license is required.
