Milk Education are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a welcoming primary school in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent afternoon work in a school environment
, with hours that are ideal for fitting around other commitments.

As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the school is clean, safe and welcoming for pupils and staff. Duties will include:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness
• Cleaning surfaces and high-touch areas
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained throughout the school
• Following the school's health, safety and hygiene procedures

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within a school or similar setting
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• A positive and professional approach

Previous school cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right person.
