Are you an experienced supervisor looking for your next step in facilities and cleaning management?

Our client is a growing cleaning company based in Leeds and they are seeking a motivated and organised Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across West Yorkshire to support their cleaning teams, and ensure they deliver the highest standards of service to their clients.

As an Area Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for staff and clients across your designated area (West Yorkshire).

• Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Carrying out monthly audits on each site and ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained.
• Coordinating staff and mobile cleaner movements, coordinating absence cover, and facilitating the training needs of your team.
• Building strong relationships with clients and responding promptly to any issues.
• Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are followed at all times.

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, and site supervision.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence in leading strong teams and building relationships with clients.
• A full UK driving licence (essential).
• Flexibility to travel between sites in West Yorkshire and work early mornings and evenings

We are looking for someone who is based locally to West Yorkshire or already has plans to relocate to the area.
