Contracts Manager - Fit Out Sheffield £50k-£55k + Package

TS Recruitment are working with a specialist commercial interiors contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects across Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire.

• Salary circa £50k-£55k (CIS option available)
• Car allowance and expenses
• Long-term progression opportunities
• Projects across Yorkshire & North Notts

• Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
• Write and manage site programmes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
• Manage labour, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
• Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
• Oversee 4-5 live projects valued from £25k-£2m
• Report directly to the Managing Director

• Specialist commercial interior fit-out contractor
• Projects ranging from £25k-£2m
• Work includes schools, offices, and local authority projects

• Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
• Minimum 5 years' management experience
• Good IT and reporting skills
• Full UK driving licence
