Their Leeds office is home to a collaborative and experienced project delivery team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Exhibition Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-profile exhibition projects.

Based full-time from the Leeds head office, you will manage exhibition stand projects from initial planning through to live delivery, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and venue organisers. Occasional on-site attendance during build-ups and live events will be required.

The role is open to Exhibition Project Managers at varying stages of their career, making it ideal for candidates looking to join a globally recognised organisation with long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage exhibition stand projects from concept through to completion
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Order and manage exhibition site services
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport, storage, and scheduling
  • Order and track stand materials and components
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and venue organisers
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation
  • Support on-site installation, live events, and breakdown when required
  • Work collaboratively within a team of project managers
About You
  • Experience in exhibitions, events, or project management
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support
