Registered Manager

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established domiciliary care provider. We are looking for a confident and experienced Manager who enjoys a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance, improving compliance, supporting service growth and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a genuine impact within a well established service.

You will receive full support from senior management and be part of an established and respected national care provider.

• Lead and manage a large domiciliary care service.
• Maintain and improve quality, compliance and operational performance.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.
• Support, motivate and develop both office and care staff.
• Manage service growth whilst maintaining excellent care outcomes.
• Support investigations, audits and quality improvement initiatives where required.

• Previous management experience within domiciliary care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing high-volume domiciliary care services.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to support operational challenges.
• Ability to adapt management approaches to suit different teams.
• Track record of maintaining "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC ratings.
