We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager to deliver a high-quality service to employers and trustees across DB pension schemes.
About the role- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
- Lead strategic discussions on scheme goals and development
- Deliver clear communications, reports and presentations
- Coordinate projects and act as a trusted pensions expert
- Support junior team members and uphold governance standards
- Experience in DB pension client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of DB schemes, legislation and governance
