Job OverviewA leading print management company is seeking a creative Account Director who thrives in a fast‑paced and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact.
- Manage multiple projects, breaking down client briefs and developing efficient, effective approaches.
- Identify and solve challenges that arise during project delivery.
- Proactively liaise with clients to uncover further sales opportunities.
- Follow up on completed projects, gathering feedback and measuring client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts.
- Experience in people management (team leadership).
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- High motivation, ambition and a keen eye for detail.
- Creative flair and adaptability to changing demands.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
