As Training Manager, you'll lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of all learning and development activities for our home staff. From mandatory training and Care Certificate programmes to experiential learning and induction, you'll ensure our teams are supported, skilled and confident to deliver exceptional care. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for learning and development in health and social care. If you have worked as a Care Trainer, Training Officer, Learning and Development Practitioner or Skills Coach, and love helping colleagues grow through coaching and training, you belong here. Your role combines delivering hands-on learning, coaching in practice, evaluating outcomes, and keeping accurate records of attendance and progress. You'll collaborate closely with the Home Manager to continuously improve training programmes, compliance, and ultimately, the quality of care delivered.
