Clinic Manager — Fertility & Reproductive Medicine | UK

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading fertility group for a Clinic Manager to lead the non‑clinical operation across one of their UK clusters.

This is a senior operational leadership role — you'll sit at the heart of the clinic's leadership team, working in close partnership with the Medical Director and Clinical Lead to deliver outstanding patient care alongside a commercially strong, well‑run business.

• Leading the non‑clinical team — Deputy Manager, Administration Manager, Patient Coordinators and Receptionists
• Driving day‑to‑day operational and commercial performance across the cluster, including budgets, capital expenditure and cost efficiency
• Owning clinic growth, productivity and conversion — from initial consultation through to patient pathway progression
• Building a high‑performing, patient‑centric culture across the team
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training pathways and ongoing performance management for non‑clinical staff
• Leading local improvement projects and supporting robust governance, compliance and business continuity
• Acting as Health & Safety Officer for the hub, and ensuring full compliance with HFEA and NHS framework requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent
• Proven operational leadership experience, ideally within healthcare
• A track record of driving performance, financial and quality improvements
• Strong experience managing teams and budgets
