Housing 21 is seeking a Regional Asset Investment Manager (North) to join our Asset Management team. This mobile role covers the North region and you must live within one of the listed areas to support our stock investment programme.
You will lead the surveying team, deliver regional strategy, ensure schemes comply with Building Safety requirements, and drive value for money, sustainability, fire safety and building integrity across the region.
