Location: West Yorkshire
GXO Logistics in Sherburn-in-Elmet is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to lead our ASDA night operation. You’ll manage a 4 on, 4 off night shift (19:00–07:00), drive performance, safety and customer service, and develop frontline teams to achieve KPIs.
This full‑time role offers £38,000 per year plus night shift premium, 33 days of annual leave, pension, life assurance and access to wellbeing and employee benefits.
