Working closely with the Board, the Chief Executive will provide strategic and inspirational leadership, ensuring the Association remains financially resilient,well governed and firmly focused onmeeting local housing needs and delivering excellent outcomes for residents and communities.
You will leadthe delivery of our strategic ambitions,foster a high-performing culture and strengthen our reputation as a trustedlocal organisation and influential voicewithin the region.
We are looking for a credible andvalues-driven leader with strong commercial and financial acumen,supported by professional accountancy qualification. You willbring experience of strategic leadership,organisational change and stakeholder engagement, together with the abilityto inspire confidence and build strongrelationships with residents, colleagues, partners and stakeholders across
