The Group Treasury Accounting Senior Manager will lead a high-performing team, ensuring accurate financial and regulatory reporting for treasury instruments. This role offers the chance to work with complex financial products and contribute to the company's strategic goals.

• Lead and develop the Group Treasury Accounting team
• Oversee monthly hedge accounting processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Manage regulatory reporting and stay abreast of regulatory developments
• Oversee the Equity Release portfolio, including fair value assessments and risk management
• Maintain a strong control environment within team processes

• Advanced knowledge of derivatives accounting and treasury activities
• Experience in financial services accounting and regulatory reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
