Head of Accommodation focuses on reporting to the assistant director (accommodation), you will manage the accommodation services team.
What the role involves- Reporting to the Assistant Director (Accommodation), you will manage the Accommodation Services team.
- The Accommodation Team is responsible for the student journey from first attending Open Days through to the application and allocation process for a portfolio of over 7,000 beds sp.
- As Head of Accommodation, you will also manage a range of partnerships and contracts with third-party owners and operators while ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- Senior leadership experience of student or residential accommodation.
- Demonstrable knowledge of accommodation provision.
- Additional detail:
Additional staff or wellbeing benefits may be available.
- It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with learners to the role.
- Supporting all business processes in the delivery of accommodation, being engaged in the year cycle and future planning of accommodation strategy.
