We are a growing B2C E-Commerce Business reselling Supplements, mainly to UK and Europe and expanding into new regions. We need a finance expert to help with the day to day financial management and transactions, reporting and analysis, and compliance and governance. Be a Business partner to the MD and customer service team and help us grow, while ensuring financial health.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day cash via bank, receipts and payments, and headroom.
• Production of management accounts, to include P&L BS and CF in a timely and accurate manner, to auditable standard.
• Arrange and manage FX for foreign payments.
• Check and Approve shipping and key costs via Invoice approvals.
• Oversee import duties and tariffs.
• Recording month end stock levels and forecasting stock requirements.
• Quarterly VAT accounting and returns.
• Purchase ordering key products from key supplier (MRP)
• Set up new legal entities as required (next Eire).
• Data analysis of revenues and margins, FP&A via e-commerce Metorik platform.
• Maintain appropriate Controls to safeguard assets, and manage risks.
• Responsible for complying with all relevant laws, standards and regulations
• Responsible for overseeing Stat accounts production by auditors, manage company secretarial duties.
• Review company processes and work with MD and Customer service teams to improve and make fit for purpose.
