Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to support a portfolio of stores during an important period of growth, change and operational development at a large location. This is a 3-month fixed term contract, it may be extended in the New Year
This Interim Regional Manager opportunity requires a commercially focused leader who can quickly assess business performance, build credibility with store teams and implement clear action plans to drive results. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple locations, ensuring consistency in standards, customer experience and commercial performance across the region.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Regional Manager will provide visible leadership, coaching and support to Store Managers while ensuring company objectives are delivered throughout the territory.

The Role
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, development and operational standards of a multi-site retail portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting store leadership teams, improving execution and ensuring every location delivers against commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers across the region
Driving sales growth, profitability and operational performance
Reviewing store performance and implementing improvement plans where required
Ensuring consistency in cu stomer service, standards and compliance
Identifying and developing future talent within the business
Managing regional KPIs, budgets and performance metrics
Supporting business change initiatives and operational projects
Building effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Ensuring all locations operate safely and in line with company policies
Sharing best practice and driving a culture of continuous improvement
About You
The successful Regional Manager will be a proven multi-site retail leader with strong commercial acumen and an outstanding track record of leading high-performing teams.
We are looking for a Regional Manager who can demonstrate:
Experience leading multiple stores within a fast-paced retail environment
Strong commercial and financial management skills
The ability to influence, coach and develop leadership teams
A track record of improving performance across a geographical region
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience delivering operational change and business improvement initiatives
A hands-on, visible leadership style
Resilience, adaptability and the ability to make an immediate impact
This assignment would suit an experienced retail leader who enjoys stepping into a business, quickly identifying opportunities and delivering measurable results across a multi-site operation. A passion for people development, customer experience and commercial performance is essential.
