About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater / Powder Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing business in the York area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company specialising in the design and manufacture of industrial steelwork solutions for commercial and industrial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and powder coating a range of fabricated steel products to a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare metal components for powder coating

* Apply powder-coated finishes to company quality standards

* Operate and maintain spraying equipment safely and effectively

* Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

* Work from production schedules to meet deadlines

* Maintain a clean and organised work area

* Follow all Health & Safety procedures
Products You'll Work On
Working on a variety of fabricated steel products, including mezzanine flooring systems, access solutions, storage equipment, and bespoke industrial structures.
Requirements

* Previous powder coating or powder spraying experience essential

* Experience working within a manufacturing or fabrication environment

* Strong attention to detail and quality standards

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious
