Temp to perm opportunity

£12.93 per hour + 15% shift allowance
4 on / 4 off (12-hour days & nights)
No weekends

Stafforce Recruitment is hiring a Descale Operative for a busy steel manufacturing site in Sheffield.

• Operate counterbalance forklift to move steel products
• Pack and prepare steel coils to specification
• Check quality, weights, and labelling
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Complete basic paperwork and use computer systems

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Industrial or steel experience (preferred)
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
