Lead, organise, and motivate production teams to achieve daily production targets Plan labour allocation effectively to maximise productivity and operational efficiency Ensure all health & safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures are always followed Maintain compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and GMP requirements Monitor and drive production KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement Minimise waste, downtime, and resource usage while maximising output Ensure production documentation, records, and reporting are completed accurately Monitor production line performance and escalate any equipment or process issues as required

Qualifications:

Essential: GCSEs, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent qualification Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Desirable: HACCP Training Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
