Pro-Found Recruitment are currently recruiting 3 Final Inspection Operatives on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client in Sheffield. These are fantastic opportunities to join a well-established company producing high-quality products within the medical manufacturing sector.

This role is working on a rotating 2-shift pattern (Mornings & Afternoons), so applicants must be able to work both shifts.

As a Final Inspection Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before they are released to customers.

Duties include:

• Carrying out detailed visual inspections of manufactured components.
• Performing dimensional and gauge checks.
• Identifying and reporting defects.
• Following work instructions and quality procedures.
• Completing production and inspection paperwork accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
• Working as part of a busy production team to achieve quality and production targets.

We re keen to hear from candidates who:

• Have previous quality inspection, production or manufacturing experience.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Can maintain concentration during repetitive inspection tasks.
• Are comfortable handling components and lifting trays weighing up to 15kg.
• Are reliable, flexible and have a positive attitude.
• Can work a rotating mornings and afternoons shift pattern.
