To help support the ever-increasing workload we are seeking an experienced Bench Hand Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our skilled workshop team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, bespoke joinery.

• Interpreting technical drawings and working independently
• Machining, assembling, and finishing products in the workshop
• Working with a variety of materials including hardwoods, laminates, and sheet materials
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and deadlines
• Proven experience as a bench joiner or cabinetmaker
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Skilled in using workshop machinery and hand tools safely
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
