Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for an organised and computer-confident Stock & Parts Coordinator to join the Holiday Homes division of a leading manufacturer in Cottingham.

This is not a purely office-based position. You will divide your time between maintaining accurate stock information on internal systems and working across the manufacturing site to locate, move and distribute parts.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Recording parts and materials entering and leaving the department
  • Updating stock movements accurately on the company's internal systems
  • Identifying and locating parts across a large manufacturing site
  • Coordinating the movement of parts between stores, production areas and other departments
  • Processing returned parts and ensuring records are updated correctly
  • Monitoring stock information and investigating any discrepancies
  • Completing the necessary stock and movement documentation
  • Assisting with loading parts onto wagons when required
  • Liaising with production, warehouse and logistics teams
  • Helping to maintain an organised and efficient parts operation
What we're looking for

Computer literacy is essential for this position. You must be comfortable learning and using internal stock-control systems, accurately updating data and confidently navigating computer-based records.

You will also need:

  • Previous experience in stock control, stores, logistics, warehouse administration or a similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A practical, common-sense approach to work
  • Clear communication skills
  • The ability to manage your workload independently while supporting a wider team
  • A reliable and proactive attitude
  • The physical fitness required to move and carry parts and assist with loading
  • A forklift licence would be beneficial but is not essential
What's on offer?
  • 15.19 per hour
  • Consistent weekday working hours
  • An early finish every Friday
  • A varied role combining stock administration with hands-on site work
  • The opportunity to work within an established manufacturing business
  • Ongoing support from Prestige Recruitment Specialists

If you have practical stock experience, excellent computer skills and the confidence to coordinate parts in a busy manufacturing environment, we would like to hear from you.
