Salary: £65k - £70k p/annum plus benefits

We're working with a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of advanced materials and plastics manufacturing, seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead site performance and deliver operational excellence.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production. You'll lead cross-functional teams, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

Budgeting and reporting About You
Proven experience in a manufacturing operations management role in process-led environments
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience in chemical or advanced materials manufacturing environments
Sound understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance
Track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational performance gains
Strong technical acumen and familiarity with manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP)
