We are a fast-growing Sales Business School dedicated to developing the next generation of sales and marketing professionals. Our programmes are designed and delivered by industry experts, helping individuals and organisations improve commercial performance through practical, real-world education.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Graduate to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate from a Business, Sales, or Marketing background who is eager to gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand development.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support learner acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking
• Support email marketing campaigns, website updates, and basic SEO activity
• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor reviews
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial goals
• Track and report on campaign performance and lead generation metrics
• Assist with events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate marketing data and documentation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement
• Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is desirable
• Basic knowledge of analytics, CRM, or email marketing tools is a plus
