- Manage the School's social media channels by gathering, creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content that showcases school life, achievements and the School's ethos.
- Develop, maintain and regularly review a comprehensive social media content calendar to ensure consistent and effective online engagement.
- Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content that increases reach and interaction.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the School's social media strategy.
- Regularly update and maintain the School website, ensuring information, events, news stories and content remain accurate, relevant and engaging.
- Create, draft and distribute targeted email marketing campaigns to parents, prospective families and other key stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality written content for digital platforms, including website articles, news stories, social media posts and email communications.
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos that effectively promote all aspects of school life.
- Support and accompany external photographers and videographers during on-site visits and events.
- Manage and maintain the School's photo and video library, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, image permissions and usage rights.
- Assist in the production and updating of marketing publications, including prospectuses, parent handbooks, curriculum booklets and other school literature.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as posters, flyers, advertisements, displays and promotional assets.
- Ensure all communications and marketing materials are consistent with the School's brand identity and brand guidelines.
- Research, write and edit engaging marketing copy and news content for a variety of audiences and platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for development.
- Monitor brand awareness and provide insights that support pupil recruitment and retention strategies.
- Proactively identify and create opportunities to enhance the School's profile, strengthen its reputation and support pupil recruitment objectives.
- Attend School events, open mornings, performances and other activities, including occasional evening and weekend commitments, with time off in lieu provided.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the School to gather content and promote activities effectively.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the Director of External Relations that are commensurate with the level of the post.
- Support and promote the School's commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion at all times.
- Act as an ambassador for the School, demonstrating professionalism and promoting the School's values in all communications and interactions.
