We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as a Community First Aid Network Leader
. In this role, you will work with and lead volunteering groups and leaders, supported by our central teams.

At St John Ambulance, we aim to embed ourselves within communities, delivering tailored support that meets local needs and provides a positive experience for our volunteers.

We are looking for leaders passionate about making a difference, caring about helping and developing others. You will lead and inspire a volunteer movement across a geographical area to deliver Community First Aid, Community Education, and Community Fundraising
. Additionally, you'll help develop our offerings for young people.

• Lead a team of Volunteer Leaders to drive excellence in service delivery.
• Develop an inclusive and diverse volunteering experience for both new and existing volunteers.
• Navigate through change to build a bigger and better St John Ambulance.

Supporting your team and volunteers will provide a sense of pride and satisfaction. It’s beneficial for you, your community, and our nation.

We will provide a comprehensive induction, necessary training, and a supportive environment. Details about volunteer roles and expectations are outlined in our volunteer charter.

• Attend online and in-person training for the role.
• Participate regularly in weekly network meetings to keep skills up to date.

If successful, you will undertake relevant training, with details discussed post-appointment.
