Registered Nurse

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Interim Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and clinical support during a period of transition or increased demand. This temporary role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to integrate quickly into new teams and environments.

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies.
• Support continuity of care across multidisciplinary teams during staffing gaps, service changes, or seasonal pressures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for patients.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to clinical emergencies as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical interventions.
• Adapt quickly to new settings, protocols, and patient populations while maintaining high standards of care.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure seamless handovers and uphold service quality.

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with a valid PIN.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute, community, or primary care settings.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
