Job Role Community Nurse Associate Band 4: £28,392 - £31,157 37.5 hours per week Permanent

• Delivering safe, compassionate care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Carrying out delegated clinical tasks such as wound care, observations, and supporting medication administration within your scope of practice.
• Supporting patients with long‑term conditions to promote independence and self‑care.
• Contributing to health promotion and service improvement initiatives.

• A qualified Nurse Associate registered with the NMC.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of care and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, reliability, and a positive approach to learning and development.

• Our service operates between 8am and 9pm, with core hours of 8am–5pm.
• You will work a minimum of one weekend in four and two late shifts (1pm–9pm) over a four‑week period.
