York, NE | $20.00/hr + Night Shift Differential

Aerotek is seeking Lab Operators to support quality testing and production processes at a seed production facility in York, NE.

• 1 Opening for Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 3 Openings for Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

• 2 Days On / 3 Days Off
• 3 Days On / 2 Days Off
• Rotating weekends required

• Collect and process seed samples
• Perform testing and quality inspections
• Document results and enter data into computer systems
• Monitor product quality standards
• Support inventory tracking and reporting
• Follow laboratory procedures and safety protocols

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to stand and work throughout shift
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
• Prior quality control, laboratory, manufacturing, or agricultural experience preferred
• Resume required for consideration

• Exposure to corn dust, corn pollen, and weed pollen
• Indoor and outdoor work environments
• Exposure to hot and cold weather conditions

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
