Junior Block Manager – York – £30k

One Property Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing Block Management company in search for a Junior Block Manager to provide direct support to the Associate Director of the business. In the role, you will have great exposure to all aspects of block management and will be working 1-1 with a very experienced industry professional – Their aim is to get you up to speed and promoted to becoming a Block Manager as soon as possible.

• Assisting in managing a York portfolio of 34 developments
• Scope to take on your own small portfolio within 6 months
• Assisting with major works projects
• Assisting with the service charge budgets
• Provide excellent customer service
li>Taking the minutes with AGMs

• £30,000 + paid mileage
• Annual bonus
• 8:30-5 Mon-Fri, 1 hour lunch break
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• TPI Sponsorship
• Clear path for progression

• At least a year's experience within the property sector
• Full UK driver’s license
• A fantastic customer service approach
• Leadership qualities
• Great organisation skills
