The role will involve:
- Identifying and securing land and partnership opportunities
- Building strong relationships across Yorkshire and surrounding areas
- Leading negotiations and progressing deals through to completion
- Working closely with senior leadership on regional strategy
- Creating a pipeline that genuinely delivers
