Overview

A popular and successful gastro pub and function venue is seeking a Head Chef
. As Head Chef
, you will lead a committed brigade of chefs to ensure punctual, quality service for this high-volume establishment serving fresh and homemade food. You will be responsible for staff training, ordering and associated paperwork, and for running all aspects of the kitchen including training junior staff.

• Lead a brigade of chefs and ensure punctual, quality service for a high-volume establishment serving fresh, homemade food.
• Oversee all kitchen operations including training junior staff and performance development.
• Manage ordering and related paperwork to ensure cost controls and stock levels.

An ambitious, level-headed, extremely organized head chef with a proven track record of working in a high-quality, high-volume fresh food establishment. Must be committed to working evenings.
