Team Manager

We are looking for a Team Manager for our beautiful restaurant.

With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive bar area it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.

Full training given. We will always make sure you are confident and ready!

Working with the restaurant team, it will be your responsibility to assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar. You will inspire the team to deliver a consistently high level of guest service whilst maximising sales opportunities for the restaurant.

Focusing on great food, exceptional service and spectacular sites and it seems to be working as we have now grown to 30 restaurants.

Big enough to offer growth and career development and small enough to offer the support and attention you need to be successful.

We keep it real with a present and hands-on leadership team offering support every step of the way.

With clear progression plans for everyone, a fully supported senior management and a very active People Team.

Whether you just want to get more experience managing a team or even run your own restaurant one day… we want to get you where you want to be.

Is rewarding, interesting, ever-changing and fun. We know that the hours can be long, and this doesn’t suit everyone’s lifestyle, so we are more than happy to discuss flexible working. And we don’t just talk about being an equal opportunity employer we work hard to make sure everyone feels welcomed, that they belong, and they have everything they need to have a successful time at Wildwood.

We encourage applications from all backgrounds, communities, and industries, and are committed to having a team that is made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.
